Cancellation Policy

As your print marketing service provider, you have hired our company to create and publish your advertisement in one of our print magazines or catalogs. You, the advertiser, agree and understand that all sales are final and no cancellations are accepted.

The 55 Spotlight LLC assumes full responsibility for the publishing and distribution of “The 55 Spotlight”. Our goal is to release the publication in a timely fashion, however as some circumstances may change, we reserve the right to replace, change or add distribution points as deemed necessary.

A final copy of the physical magazine will be mailed to you at your provided address when the magazines are shipped to the local distribution points. Upon request, a digital version of your ad may be emailed to you in several print or display formats for your own records. PLEASE NOTE — print dates vary due to advertisers approving their ad copy for print.
